Welcome to Prop Movie Money. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

For purposes of these Terms, “Prop Movie Money,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cinematic Designs, Inc. DBA Prop Movie Money.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, requesting a quote, submitting a custom order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Overview

Prop Movie Money provides prop money and related production products for film, television, photography, music videos, content creation, training, events, display, and other controlled creative or business uses.

All prop money products are intended solely as non-negotiable prop currency. They are not real money, legal tender, or financial instruments.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

2. Legal Use of Prop Money

All prop money sold by Prop Movie Money is intended for legal prop, production, training, display, entertainment, or controlled business use only.

You agree not to:

  • Use prop money as real currency
  • Attempt to pass prop money as genuine money
  • Use prop money for fraud, theft, scams, deception, or illegal activity
  • Alter, modify, conceal, or remove any markings, disclaimers, or design elements intended to distinguish the product from real currency
  • Use our products in any way that violates local, state, federal, or international law
  • Resell or distribute our products for illegal or misleading purposes

Misuse of prop money may result in serious legal consequences. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, report, or cooperate with law enforcement regarding any order or activity that we believe may involve misuse, fraud, or illegal intent.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly sell to children under 13.

4. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create or access a customer account through Shopify, Shop, passwordless login, Google sign-in, or other supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current account and order information.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict account access if we suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, and shipping information accurately.

However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, prices, or other content on the website will be error-free, complete, current, or identical to the final delivered product.

Product images may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, printing variations, product updates, aging processes, paper stock, production methods, or packaging changes.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Suspected misuse of prop money
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Inventory limitations
  • Shipping restrictions
  • High-risk or unusual order activity
  • Requests that may violate law, policy, or safety concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Payment

We accept payment through available payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported services.

We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

8. Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary based on destination, selected shipping method, order contents, inventory, production time, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused packages
  • Import restrictions
  • Security inspections
  • Acts outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are reviewed at our discretion and are generally limited to product defects, fulfillment errors, or shipping-related issues caused by our team.

We may request photos, videos, packaging images, or additional information before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange.

The following may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized products
  • Rush orders
  • Used, altered, damaged, or opened products
  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Products used in production, filming, events, photography, or content creation
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Orders where the customer selected a slower shipping method despite having a deadline

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team.

We reserve the right to deny any refund, replacement, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy or appears fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable.

10. Custom Orders

Custom prop money and custom products may include personalized designs, logos, names, artwork, denominations, colors, serial numbers, or other requested elements.

By submitting artwork, logos, images, names, trademarks, text, or other materials to us, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right or permission to use those materials.

You agree that you will not submit materials that infringe the rights of any third party, violate any law, or contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

Custom orders may require design fees, setup fees, proofs, production time, and approval before printing.

Once a custom design, proof, invoice, or order is approved and/or production has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or changes.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order request for any reason, including legal, ethical, intellectual property, production, or misuse concerns.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, videos, product designs, product names, branding, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Prop Movie Money and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of our intellectual property or permission to copy, reproduce, manufacture, or resell our designs.

12. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, tags, or other content to us or tag us on public platforms, you grant Prop Movie Money a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

We may choose not to use submitted content and may remove content from our platforms at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, or services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Commit fraud or deception
  • Misuse prop money as real money
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with website functionality

  • Scrape, copy, or misuse our website content
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Place orders on behalf of others without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or take legal action if we believe these Terms have been violated.
