Return Policy

Overview

Prop Movie Money sells professional prop products. Because our products can be used for productions and events, we maintain a strict policy to protect customers and inventory integrity.

Exchanges (7-Day Window)

We accept exchanges only under the conditions below:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging, including:
  • original wrapping paper
  • bank straps in place
  • all prop bills accounted for
• If your exchange is approved, we will apply the value of the returned item(s) as credit toward the replacement. If there is a difference in cost, the buyer pays the remaining balance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We may request additional information to process an exchange.

No Refund Returns

Refund returns are not accepted. Due to prior incidents of products being used and returned, we only offer exchanges / store credit toward a replacement when items meet the conditions above.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.
• Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before shipping:

• Custom / special orders, and expedited/rushed orders may be subject to a 30% labor fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the order is cancelled the same day it was placed and paid, the labor fee may be waived (as long as work has not started).

Custom Designs (Non-Refundable Fees)

Custom prop money includes a one-time setup/design fee. Design/setup fees are non-refundable once design work has started. Discount codes and sitewide sale discounts do not apply to custom designs.

WARNING: Any request to customize our prop bills to appear or pass as real currency is considered unlawful and will be turned down.
